The core principle is simple: your working data stays on your machine. Section 2 lists what never leaves your machine; section 3 states the one thing the software does send.
1. Core principle
This English version is provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version is the legally binding text; if the two differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
Your working data stays on your machine, not with us. We design the product to collect as little as possible.
The software runs locally on your computer. The website exists only to sell plans, issue activation keys and serve the installer. The two are separate.
2. What the software does NOT send
The following never leave your machine for our servers:
- Cookies, sessions and any sign-in credentials for platform accounts.
- Proxy lists, including proxy usernames and passwords.
- Prompts you write and anything you type into the software.
- Video, images and every file the software creates or downloads.
- Generation history, settings and the software’s technical logs.
When the software works with a third-party platform, the connection goes directly from your machine to that platform, never through us.
3. What the software does send
Exactly one thing: licence verification. When the software opens, and periodically afterwards, it sends our server two pieces of information:
- Your activation key.
- A one-way hashed machine identifier. We receive an irreversible string from which neither hardware details nor your machine’s identity can be derived. It is used only to confirm the key is running on exactly one machine.
The software also asks for the latest version number so it can tell you when an update is available. No personal information accompanies this.
4. What the website collects
When you create an account and buy a plan on the website, we store:
- Your name and email, to identify the account and send the activation key.
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it, for faster support.
- Order details: plan bought, amount, time, and the bank-transfer reference.
- The activation key issued, its expiry, and the hashed machine identifier from section 3.
- Minimal server logs, used to detect abuse and fix problems.
We do not store your bank account number, card number or payment password. Website account passwords are stored hashed; we cannot read them.
5. What it is used for
- Issuing and verifying activation keys.
- Processing orders and reminding you before expiry.
- Supporting you when you contact us.
- Detecting activation-key sharing in breach of the terms.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your data with any party for advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Parties that help process data
To run the website we use a few infrastructure providers. They process data only on our instructions and only as far as necessary:
- A storage and database provider, holding accounts and orders.
- A hosting provider running the website.
- A bank-transfer reconciliation intermediary, to know which orders have been paid.
- An email service, to send verification emails and activation keys.
8. Retention and your rights
We keep account data for as long as you use the service, and order information for the period required by accounting law.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent you have given. Send requests via the FAQ page; we handle them within a reasonable time. Note that deleting your account will stop the activation key from working.
9. Data security
Data in transit between your machine and our server is encrypted. Passwords are stored hashed. Database access is restricted per user; one account cannot read another’s data.
No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as required.
10. Contact
For any question or request about personal data, please contact us via the website’s FAQ page.
